CNC Supervisor (Night Shift)

BWC Profiles is a specialist in design, extrusion, fabrication and finishing of both standard and bespoke aluminium profiles.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the company at a perfect time as we continue to expand. We have excellent opportunities to develop and progress within the business.

The department currently has two double mitre saws and five 4 axis machine centres (Mecal machines with programs created using a CAM package).

As the night shift supervisor you will be responsible for: Leading a team of operatives, ensuring high standards of quality, setting machines, assisting to program jobs, documentation, allocating tasks, continuous improvement within the department.

We are looking for someone who has proven leadership qualities, not necessarily having a supervisor/manager title but have been a senior machinist previously. Relevant experience working in a machine shop is essential.

Hours are 5pm-5am Monday to Thursday.
4 x 12 hours
Location: Crownhill, Milton Keynes

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
