We are a well established and southern recognised Building & Maintenance Company based in Southampton, covering areas across Dorset & Hampshire. We are looking for a skilled and hard-working Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our team, with good knowledge of building construction including leak / damp investigations, door adjustments general maintenance related work. Customer Service and work finished to a high standard is of great importance to us and our clients. To be successful in this role you will need; to have good time keeping, a clean and tidy appearance (uniform t-shirts, jumpers and Hi-Vis are provided) and preferably your own tools.

**Your job responsibilities will include**
- Travelling to and from jobs across Bournemouth and Southampton (company vehicle will be provided).
- Responding to requests from Managing and Letting Agents for maintenance services, including general maintenance such as door repairs etc and damp investigations.
- Carrying out all aspects of building/maintenance to a high standard mainly including; damp / leak investigations and repairs

**Qualifications Required**

To comply with CDM Regulations, you must have the following training (If you don’t have these, this can be completed once employment commences);
Ø First Aid

Ø Working at Height

Ø Asbestos Awareness

Ø Manual Handling

As well as;
- At least 3 years experience.
- Excellent facility with common hand and power tools
- Familiarity with flat unit layouts and infrastructures
- Ability to communicate well with property management and maintenance staff
- Willingness to uphold company standards for safety, service and efficiency
- Full UK Driving License

**Hours**

HOURS OF WORK & WORKING PATTERN: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

40 hours a week -8 hours a day with half hour unpaid lunch break

You will be expected to cover weekend and out of hours emergency call outs on a rota basis.

Potential for overtime is also available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£17.00 per hour
