We are looking for two experienced Internal Communications Business Partners with significant internal communications experience, especially in communicating change. They will be Fixed Term Contracts for 12 months.

You must be able to hit the ground running and be comfortable providing expertise and tactical support across a number of varied projects and programmes to ensure our communications are audience-focussed, meaningful and effective. This means you will have experience and understanding of what is required to communicate change effectively across a complex organisation. You should have an ability to partner with a programme team and cut through detail and get to what really matters to your audiences. Agile, proactive, creative and resilient, you must be comfortable driving your own work and have a reputation for delivering. With this, a proven ability to manage your own time and meet tight deadlines. Experience of understanding what’s needed when it comes to embedding cultural change and bringing colleagues on that journey would be particularly helpful.

Excellent people skills and an understanding of volunteers are key. You will be confident working with a range of stakeholders at all levels to influence, support and coach.
