**The Role**
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Consultant in the team. As a Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will work with customers to be responsible for the implementation and extension of CRM software products and inspiring their use withincustomers business environment. You will work closely with clients to support product delivery, advising on best practises to ensure product features are utilised to their maximum and meet the client’s needs effectively.**What you’ll do / bring**:
Dynamics 365 Consultants play a key role in leading and managing the customer journey. You will lead from the off, to plan and participate in business discovery and requirements sessions with customers and key stakeholders. This involves gathering and documentingbusiness processes and requirements to generate estimates for CRM implementation and supporting the ongoing successful system implementation of confirmed CRM projects.
You will analyse the client’s business requirements to develop a deeper understanding of their objectives, identifying efficient ways CRM products will add value to their business. You will guide new and existing clients on the integration and use of CRM software,working closely with a number of departments to assist the planning, executing and the implementation of CRM software solutions, providing regular progress updates to the client.
You will proactively lead with best practices throughout all stages of the system implementation, managing data migration activities including the build of data migration profiles ensuring the correct configuration and Customisation of software products beforeconducting final solution testing. You will assist the client with user training workshops to introduce the CRM to employees on client sites during final stages of acceptance testing.
**About You**
- Are an experienced consultant, able to form strong and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, and key stakeholders at every level
- Are passionate about CRM Products with consulting skills / experience gained working with Dynamics 365, and have a detailed knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 its out-of-the-box functionality and limits
