After some 30 plus years as a private company, they became part of fortune 200 company ITW Inc. The company operates with a very high degree of autonomy with its original management team and continues to develop new products, find new markets and new customers.

You will be working at the company's HQ where they design, develop and produce a wide range of products to export to Tier 1 organisations globally, including to many well known mobile phone manufacturers, car manufacturers, the medical industry and the fashion industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the administration process for all buying globally
- Reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of the purchasing paperwork
- Managing requests for copies of Purchase orders and shipping paperwork
- Managing the use, improvement and development of best practise in purchasing document control
- Being the point of contact to talk with our suppliers
- Creating templates, scanning and storing purchasing documents
- Liaising with managers to ensure information is correct and relevant

You will be working towards a Level 6 Business and Administration SVQ while you are working and will receive support throughout this.

An enthusiasm for learning is key You must be punctual, hard-working and keen to learn new skills.

Higher Level qualifications including English, Maths and IT/ Computing are preferrable but relevant experience will also be taken into consideration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £7.00-£9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
