Credit Controller

Taunton, United Kingdom Change Recruitment Services Ltd Full time

Our client, based in central Taunton, requires someone to join their team on a temporary basis initially for around 6-8 weeks to cover Credit Control duties. This is apart-time role working 2 days a week, or 15 hours split over 3 days (standard working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm).

Ideally you will have experience working within credit control, however applicants with strong customer service and administration skills will also be considered.

**Duties**:

- Sending out letters and statements in accordance with company procedure.
- Instructing and liaising with external solicitors to collect debt.
- Handling any queries regarding sales invoices
- Resolving any billing issues that are delaying payment
- Agreeing and setting up repayment plans in accordance with company policies.
- Keeping the finance system up to date regarding payments received
- To provide general assistance to the day-to-day work of the department and with ad hoc projects.

This role offers between £11ph and £11.50ph depending on experience and an immediate start. If this is something you would be interested in helping our client out with then please get in touch.
