**Job Overview**:
**Job Purpose**:
To provide strong managerial support to the delivery of all works services for the MOD estate.

**Main Duties**

Reporting directly to the Electrical Foreman

To carry out minor new works and oversee projects as required within your given discipline.

Assist in the management of the workforce.

Assist in the development of a full understanding of the Operational and maintenance requirements of the Establishment within your workforce.

Assist in the Management of the workforce for timely completion of all minor works, AFP and PPM within the contract requirements.

Ensure completion of all works, tasks, and duties allocated to you within given time limits.

Ensure your workforce maintain UK best practise as per appropriate legislation, including current regulations, and company QA.

Assist in the monthly reporting structure to DIO within your allocated responsibilities.

Provide assistance in all other required areas of the contract, where deemed competent.

Adhoc duties related to the area of competence as required.

Ensure all health and Safety requirements are complied with by the workforce

Assist in the delivery of toolbox talks as required within your workforce

Assist with the workforce training requirements, and advise on any lapses.

Monitor and log all aspects of timekeeping and performance, to be reported weekly.

Assist in the delivery of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and safe systems of work within your workforce.

Attend management meetings as is required.

Hold regular meetings with the foreman to ensure you are aware of priorities and other necessary company information

Supply performance and status reports to the Electrical Foreman on a weekly basis.

Assist with the implantation of the Performance Management System in your area.

Participate in ongoing training to maintain business requirements.

Provide assistance in all other required areas of the contract, where deemed competent.
