- To ensure all KPI’s and targets are met day to day.
- To attend networking events with GSM
- To oversee sales team / jobs on a daily basis

**Daily Duties**
- Agents are required to answer incoming calls within 3 rings
- All enquiries are to be recorded and maintained on monthly pipeline sheets so leads can be chased and kept hot
- Complete call backs to abandoned calls within 24 hours when distributed by a supervisor/manager
- Agents are required to continuously upsell on each call and offer all relevant packages / products / upgrades
- Agents will be split daily to carry out a specific job on top of calls and will therefore be cross-trained on CRM, chat, social and OTAs.
- Understand targets and what they have achieved month to date

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
