**Contract**: Ongoing

**Rate**:£425 per day (UMB)

**Role Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in community initiatives and partnerships.
- Provide land valuations, options appraisals, and development briefs.
- Market and dispose of council properties with necessary approvals.
- Identify and resolve potential issues with scheme development or disposal.
- Contribute to team plans and suggest improvements for efficient service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- RICS qualified, with evidence of continuous professional development.
- Full UK Driving licence
- Experience in land and property disposal process, producing valuations, and commercial property.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Understanding of the property disposal process and commercial acumen.
