DK Recruitment are currently seeking a Care Taker to join their client in Ivybridge to assist with all maintenance roles on site.

This is a full time (37hours per week) but on-going temporary role and will be on a 3 weekly shift rota. The shifts for this role are;
**06.30 - 14.30**

**13.30 - 21.30**

**08.00 - 16.00**

**As Caretaker you will be responsible for**:

- Reporting to the Premises Manager
- General handyman duties including decorating
- Assisting with maintenance roles
- Emergency cleaning (including unblocking drains)
- Undertake security lockdown & opening of the premises
- Adhere to Health & Safety procedures

**Experience required**:

- Trade qualification relevant to the role
- Awareness in Health & Safety
- Undertaken training including, Legionella awareness, Asbestos awareness, IOSH
- Clean DBS (we can assist with this if required)
- Driving License
