We require an SC Cleared Head of Data Products for our Government Client to work on their Data, Growth & Operations Programme (DGO)

DGO is structured into three divisions:
Data Acquisitions ,co-ordinates requirements for new data, bringing it into the business environment and making it available across the organisation.

Data Engineering and operations, bringing it into the environment and making it available across the organisation.

Data Architecture Division will ensure that data is organised and referenced so that it can be access quickly and used appropriately by the organisation

This exciting role sits at the head of the product management and delivery in Data Architecture, Data Products branch.

**As the Head of Data Products your responsibilities include**:
Understand the priorities and consolidate conflicting streams of work, supporting your senior leadership team of Grade 7s specifically to ensure good relationships across the business are maintained and improved.

Maintain the strategic vision for the branch and ensure that it supports the vision and mission of the directorate and the division.

Ensure that there is a clear narrative communicated to all the stakeholders on the direction of travel for all the work areas as well as product development

Ensure good working relationships which have been developed are maintained and all the deliverables are on track for delivery.

Making sure that any obstacles are proactively resolved

Ensure that the work being delivered fits with the wider ambitions of the Client and proactively look for new opportunities.

Ensure that the senior leadership team is supported in the delivery of their work and that there is still space for blue-sky thinking.

Actively encourage cross-branch projects and foster closer collaborations across the branch as well as divisions.

Work closely with the divisional senior leadership team and ensure that RDMF as well as other products are delivered on time and are fit for purpose.

Actively encourage collaborative workshops and engage with different and new areas to ensure smooth introduction and growth of these tools both in the business and across-government.

Ensure that the current momentum on all the projects is not lost and the work continues across the portfolio of work to agreed timelines and specifications.
