**About us**:
**Role**:
We are looking for an individual to join the Jukes family as a Marketing Associate. You will be reporting to the Chief Marketing and Operations Officer, to help scale our marketing channels, design content, and manage marketing activations. You will also have very close communications with our two founders Matthew Jukes and Jack Hollihan, and with our Head of Sales and Head of Production.

Expect a hands-on role with high exposure to both marketing & operations of a young and growing drinks start-up. You will be joining a management team of 5 people in a very dynamic and collaborative start-up, so you will have a great opportunity to run with your ideas and help scale the business. If you are wanting to work first-hand on a brand, design brand content and explore various avenues of the business, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities will mainly include**:
**Marketing**:

- **Social media management** -Managing and scaling all the social platforms. You will be planning and creating content every month and will come up with campaign ideas to make sure Jukes is at the top of the consumer’s mind and to grow our follower’s base. You will also have close contact with our social ad agency to ensure all Meta and google ads are clean and represent our brand vision.
- **Content creation** - You will have the opportunity to shoot some content yourself and come up with photoshoot ideas for different campaigns throughout the year.
- **Website management**:

- Managing the Shopify platform to ensure the website is updated with promotions / new visuals / launching of new products etc.
- **Brand collaborations** -Managing and finding collaborative opportunities with brands and influencers for various promotion campaigns, you must be good at building relationships.
- **Events**:

- Organising and leading pop-up events for Jukes across London.
- **Customer enquiries**: You will be the point of contact for online customer enquiries.

**Operations**:

- **Supply chain -** You will work closely with the Head of Production to support marketing activations and ensure supply chain is running smoothly.
- **Packaging management -** Maintaining stock counts and ordering packaging / supplies when needed, organisation is key.
- **Fulfilment centres** - Manage close collaboration with 3PL partners and their fulfilment centres (both in the UK and the US) to support ecommerce marketing activations.

**Financial Management**:

- **Invoicing -** Keeping track of all expenses of the company to ensure invoices are sent to our bookkeeper in an efficient process.
- **Projects Costing** - For any projects you work on, you will be expected to measure the costs associated with this and report this to our CMO and CFO.

**Skills**:

- Optimally, 1+ year of hands-on experience in Marketing
- Social media management and content creation experience
- Shopify, Canva, Planoly experience is a plus
- Luxury sector or high-end wine and food sector experience is greatly appreciated
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

We have a co-working office based in Battersea, typically we go in 2-3 days a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
