We’re the award winning in-house agency of AB InBev. Creatives, strategists, producers, and marketers gathered from all over Europe revolutionizing the way we do marketing in our company. Our mission is to unleash creativity by making more culturally relevant, award-winning and future proofed work from within for the beer brands we have in our portfolio, such as Stella Artois, Budweiser, Corona, Leffe, Camden and Goose Island to name a few. In fact we have more than 500 different brands across the globe.
Based out of our central London office, with its own production studio and rooftop bar, we will work hand in hand with global and local marketing teams to develop top notch creative work.

What will you be doing:
We are looking for a new Head of Creative based in London, UK who is digital savvy and obsessed with culturally relevant and future proof work.
In this role you will:
- Lead Creative and Design teams of 20 people by recruiting, developing and rewarding creative talent.
- Inspire and empower the team to originate best in class creative work that delivers on business objectives.
- Collaborate with Media, Strategy, Operations and Production to deliver full funnel creative solutions.
- Build partner ship with the brand teams to nurture ideas and bring them to life.
- Accelerate digital integration with our DTC business to improve consumer understanding and optimize the work.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree or equivalent (preferably in business, marketing or communication) is recommended.
- 10 years of experience in creative development, preferably across different markets. Experience beyond traditional creative agency is a plus.
- Experience in leading a team and bringing the best out of the people by setting clear expectations, giving actionable feedback, empowering them to meet development goals, and recognizing success.
