- Assist in accurately maintaining and posting financial transactions
- Assist with accounting queries within the organization.
- Preparing financial reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing accounting information
- Assist with reporting on any variances to budget and prior year results using NetSuite reporting system
- Assist with Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Supporting role for Credit Control, Accounts Payable and Senior Finance team members
- Adhere to strict reportable timetables for outputs in line with the requirements of the finance team
- Frequent communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including external auditors to resolve queries and obtain information
- Ensuring compliance and identifying irregularities
