**Marketing, Social Media and Education Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the creation and development of marketing collateral for internal and external use including PowerPoints, blog posts, brochures, infographics, magazine, newsletters, ensuring that everything is produced in accordance with our brand guidelines and other relevant requirements.
- Update the content of marketing collateral as and when required, to ensure consistency and compliance with appropriate FCA requirements.
- Liaise with external design and print agencies to ensure all materials are designed and printed to a high standard, with up-to-date accurate information and within agreed timescales.
- Ensure all areas of the business are keeping in line with our brand guidelines.
- Manage and maintain all social media profiles for the business, ensuring that all social media posts are signed off and scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Create and deliver engaging content for all social media platforms, which increases engagement and website traffic.
- Capture content for social media including images from events, staff highlights, etc.
- Keep up to date with FCA regulations on Financial Promotions and manage any approvals.
- Manage and maintain Financial Promotions log, ensuring re-approvals are managed and carried out.
- Maintain and keep up-to-date the database of our mailing list.
- Research key trends within the industry and develop content in line with this.
- Compile / review marketing reports and data to identify trends and actionable conclusions for ongoing improvement of ROI and key metrics.
- Assist with the development and roll out of annual education programme.
- Liaise with local schools and community partners to book in education sessions throughout the year.
- Delivery of financial education sessions and career/employability support to schools and community partners.
- Compile and review feedback from sessions to measure objectives and success.
- Maintain positive relationships with schools and community partners, using your best endeavours to support them.
- Keep up to date with education legislations and ensure education accreditation is completed on SJPHouse.

**Departmental Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of the Franklyn’s marketing and engagement plans across all areas of activity.
- Log and track referrals into the business as and when required and provide regular updates to manager and stakeholders on these, producing MI reports when needed.
- Attend and assist with business events where needed.
- Contribute to the efficient and effective running of the wider department as a whole to ensure resources are maximised and business plan targets are met.
- Support the department with administrative functions as and when needed.
- Take responsibility for own learning and maintain awareness of relevant changes in legislation and best practice.
- Keep manager aware of relevant information on an ongoing basis to ensure clarity of communication.
- Attend various meetings and contribute to planning discussions.

**Skills, Experience and Requirements**:

- 2 + years of experience in a marketing role or related field.
- Strong copy writing and verbal communication skills, able to write content suited to the desired audience.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team and under own initiative, often juggling multiple tasks on sometimes short deadlines.
- Good awareness of all social media platforms.
- Ability to present to large groups.
- Able to drive to off-site events where necessary.
- Keen photography eye, able to take and edit images and videos is desired.
- Some previous exposure to the education and marketing setting is desired.
- Creative design flair.
- Possess a positive attitude and undertake every task with a smile.

**Salary** - DOE
