**What will I do?**
- Take on the daily running of the event as a Daily Duty Manager for the Event and have a strong presence on Resort, being accountable to the daily operation.
- Be a designated point of contact for all events communications on the day.
- Manage the relationships with 3rd parties, external creative agencies and brand partners across a variety of departments
- Assist the Entertainments Project Manager in providing exciting and marketable Entertainment offerings and seasonal compelling events. Providing feedback in line with the Event Deck and Resort expectations.
- Work closely with the production team to deliver a high level of product, utilising tech to enhance the guest experience.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and have a flexible mindset
- Have a strong work ethic and be prepared to work weekends, bank holidays, evenings, and long hours during the peak period
- Willing to work individually and as part of a team
- Able to work in an intense environment to tight deadlines with a positive attitude

**Hours**:1 full time position, and 1 part time position
**Pay**: £11.42 per hour
