At Rhotels Weymouth we are currently recruiting for a Head Housekeeper to manage the day to day activities of the housekeeping team/department, whilst ensuring that our guests are receiving a great service.

Rhotels offers 77 guest bedrooms, restaurant, bar and escape dungeons.

This is a hands on role and you will be expected to lead from the front.

Key responsibilities:
Able to manage and motivate the team.

Compiling rotas based on forecasted occupancy.

Training and mentoring the team members.

Preparation of guest rooms and public areas to a high standard.

Checking and releasing rooms.

Planning for jobs of the Day/Week/Month.

Stock control of laundry, guest supplies and cleaning materials.

Ensuring all COSHH and H&S legislation is adhered to.

Energetic.

Please note that Weekends and Bank Holidays will be required.

This sounds a lot but there will be training in any areas that you haven’t gathered the experience in yet. You will have the Customer Service team to assist and support you. You also will be surrounded by a good team.

If you are relocating we may be able to offer temporary accommodation whilst you make suitable permanent arrangements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.25 per hour
