Gas Installation Engineer

We at Skilled careers are currently seeking Gas Engineers, with Boiler installation experience to either work PAYE or Subcontract.

Subcontract:
The Gas Engineer would be working for a market leading Gas company who are now looking to recruit an experienced domestic gas install engineer to join their team on a long-term basis. The contracts are ongoing and consistent, in which there will be the opportunityto complete two swaps a day if you are subcontracting to earn more money Averagely a day, **engineers earn between £300 - 400 a day Minimum,** depending how much responsibility they take on, they could even earn more.

PAYE:
If you go down the PAYE route, in which provides a lot more security within most working lives, you will be able to make a **minimum of £60,000 annually.** The PAYE Salary starts at £36,000, however installers every day will make more money through the schedule of rates that would still be available to them, even knowing they are permanent employees, who already havethe permanent employee benefits.

As a Domestic Install Engineer, you will travel around the area mentioned and will be completing anything up to 5 jobs per week with an option to do more if admired. All jobs are pre planned and you are issued with the survey the week before. All Jobs aresent through via a Smart Tablet.

We are looking for Gas install engineers with at least 2 years' experience, who are confident in Combi Boiler and system Boiler swaps, along with conversions.

THE GAS ENGINEER

Engineers will be required to:

- Confidently complete, combi boiler & system boiler swaps
- Confidently complete a conversion on there own
- Unvented will be preferable but not essential

Engineers must provide:

- ACS Qualifications - Cookers and fires preferable not essential
- A full driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Own tools
- A DBS check
