The Oak Barn Restaurant is a privately owned busy restaurant situated in Mid-Sussex, close to Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill. We have a great reputation for high quality, fresh, locally produced food.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hard working full time restaurant supervisor to be part of our team.

**Your role as restaurant supervisor**
- Responsible for taking orders & making recommendations to delight our guests
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety standards
- Assisting management in driving sales
- Providing guests with excellent customer service
- Act as a final check on quality & standard of all aspects of the business
- Opening & closing of the business
- Learning many aspects of running the business
- Coordinating small & large events
- Social media, marketing & advertising

Hourly rate plus & excellent tips
