There is no I in team That’s why we are looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual to join our team as a Shift Manager. As leaders in the pizza delivery industry, we strive to ensure that our customers get the very best experience from the point of ordering to sitting down and enjoying their meal, but we can’t do that without leaders supporting the team and helping achieve our goal of being NUMBER ONE

During your training you will receive an hourly rate of £11 but once your training is complete and your signed off you will receive £11.50.

Our busiest periods are when our customers are sitting down and relaxing with either friends or family, so evening and weekend availability is a big part of the job. Working at Domino’s and being part of the team means you will join in on our stores, a fun but busy, fast paced environment. When the going gets tough, we all pitch in to get the job done together, without hesitation. The Shift Managers role is a hands-on, fast paced job that will have you leading a team to success by coaching, supporting and motivating them through the busy, bustling rush of a Domino’s store. You will be supported by your store manager and their assistant that will train you from day one, giving you the knowledge and tools to succeed in your role. Along the way you will learn the Domino’s culture and one day become a true Dominoid.

The journey of becoming a successful shift manager starts with you, as you are taught how to slap, sauce, cheese, top and cut our award-winning pizzas from start to finish. Once you understand the key aspects of how our pizzas are made we will train and develop your management and leadership skills. You will be trained on how to carry out all of your responsibilities as a Shift Manager alongside growing your knowledge and understand on how to use tools to ensure that you meet operational targets and expectations.

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- Ensuring product quality stays above national expectation
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Coaching the team to ensure product quality stays above national expectation
- Standards of operations are met and enforced
- Maintainer a positive brand image and Service standards including uniform and presentation standards
- All transactions and finances match
- Ensuring your store exceeds sanitation and cleanliness expectations
- Work closely with the other management team to achieve targets
- Controlling cost on a daily basis to impact the profitability of the store
- Calculating and ordering stock, ensuring it stays within targeted expectations
