Dumper Driver

Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and commercial driving experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Plan routes and follow schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients

**Skills**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a commercial driver or similar role
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Ability to dig, lift heavy objects, and load/unload cargo
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
