**Role Summary**

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, with strong administrative experience? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference to fill the role of Committee Clerk for our established charity.

As the Committee Clerk/ Meetings Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our committees and governance by providing efficient administrative support and maintaining accurate records of meetings and proceedings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a regulated environment and is committed to excellence in organisational management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and distribute agendas, notices, and materials for committee meetings.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and logistics, including room bookings and technology setup.
- Record minutes of meetings accurately and comprehensively.
- Maintain, organise and up-to-date files and records.
- Assist in correspondence and communication with committee members and stakeholders.
- Support the committee chairperson and members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably supporting at Board level.
