The Role of the Site Foreman / Woman or individual will be to assist, support and liaise with the Construction Director in the overall management of Various ongoing projects whilst continuing to undertake hands on labouring tasks. The appointed individual will be responsible for managing labourers / drivers onsite, daily health and safety duties, reading construction drawings, marking out levels and to deliver high quality work in a timely, controlled manner. Problem solving, and using initiative is encouraged, ensuring all the team operates within a safe environment.

**Essential Skills**
- **Excellent Communication skills and team building**:

- **Attention to detail and accuracy.**:

- **SSSTS or SMSTS qualified**:

- **Driving Licence (required)**:

- **Experience in groundwork, laying concrete and drainage.**:

- **Ideal but not essential, experience in operating machinery, Telescopic Handlers, dumper trucks, diggers, and rollers. (Training will be provided)**:

- **Competent in the use of power tools and small equipment.**:

- **Manual Handling and Physically fit.**:

- **Safety Awareness**

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
