Key Responsibilities Facilitate and deliver resuscitation and basic AED training to staff caring for adults as per Resuscitation Council UK/Trust standards. Assist the RO whilst responding to cardiac arrests and medical emergencies. Ensure accurate records of training are maintained Assist Resuscitation Officers with implementation of equipment changes on the cardiac arrest trolleys and in the checking and stocking of the central storage areas. Manage cleaning, maintenance and storage of resuscitation training equipment.

Assist course co coordinators with the administrative tasks and organisation of local national courses. Support the Resuscitation audit programme Report any adverse incidents via the online incident reporting system. Participate in investigation of any incidents reported to the Resuscitation Service and report to the Resuscitation Officers as appropriate Ensure due regard is given to the customs, values and spiritual beliefs of patients/clients/colleagues and equal opportunities are practised.
