This reputable Estate Agent based in Hitchin are a family-owned independent firm offering a wide range of residential and commercial property services across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

Their range of services include residential sales and lettings, commercial property sales and lettings, Land and New Home Developments, blocks of flats and estate management, along with commercial property management and professional services, which includes,lease renewals, rent reviews, leasehold enfranchisement.

Currently seek an experienced valuer/lister to join the sales teams in Hitchin.

**The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following attributes**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in valuing and listing residential property
- A comprehensive understanding of the listing a selling process of residential property
- Leadership skills
- Commercial knowledge of estate agency
- The ability to manage instructions
- Build rapport with clients and solicitors
- Be forward thinking
- Show attention to detail

**Working structure**:

- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- One Saturday in three 9am to 5pm
- One bank holiday per annum, with day off in lieu

**Pay**:

- Subject to yours and the team’s performance we envisage a gross pay for the year to be circa £35,000 plus. This is made up of basic salary, commission, incentive pay and bonus.
