Bathroom Fitter

**Company Overview**:We are seeking a skilled and experienced bathroom and wet room fitter (multi trader) to join our expanding team. This role involves completing bathroom installation in domestic properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out bathroom and wet room installations in domestic properties.
- Undertake multi-trade tasks related to bathroom and wet room installations. Such as; carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting, and decorating as required.
- Communicate with the office team to plan and schedule installations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, implementing safe working practices and using appropriate protective equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and customers, providing clear information and always addressing any concerns or queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all work you carry out is completed to a high standard.
- Complete any job reports and other necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure maintenance logs for tools, equipment, and work vehicles are kept in order.
- Ensure good working conditions, reporting any faults or issues promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in bathroom and wet room installations and multi trades.
- Knowledge and experience in fitting and installing sanitary ware, fixtures, and fittings is essential.
- Be competent in related trades such as; carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting, and decorating.
- Knowledge of all aspects of plumbing and have proven abilities to undertake basic plumbing tasks related to bathroom and wet room installations.
- Relevant trade qualifications/certifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are essential.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to implement safe working practices.
- Highly efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome challenges during installations.
- Be an effective communicator with the ability to interact professionally with clients, customers, and colleagues.
- Hold strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your workload efficiently.
- Be a proactive and adaptable member of staff, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hold a full UK driving license.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
