Logistics Operator

We are currently looking to recruit an Operator on a fixed term contract for a period of six months. This role will be within the Logistics Department based at the Cockermouth Manufacturing Business Unit.

**Main duties of this role will include but are not limited to**:

- Picking/packing all customer orders to the agreed packing standard following visual standards provided where appropriate.
- Preparation and creation of bespoke packaging as required.
- Ensuring inventory accuracy by conducting daily cycle counts and quarterly stock checks.
- General housekeeping.
- Responsibility of quality of own work.
- A forklift licence.
- A basic grasp of maths (basic addition of weights, etc.).
- A flexible approach to duties.
- The ability to pay particular attention to detail with a strong work ethic and a right first time attitude.
- The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- The ability to build great relationships and work as part of a team.
- A pro-active approach to work and getting things done.
