Duties will include:
- Support operation to undertake all Document Services and Workplace tasks
- Prepare files and mail for scanning by removing fixtures and fastenings
- Scanning of hard copy files/mail into PDF format using high speed scanners
- To reproduce high quality documents to client specifications using high speed reprographic and finishing equipment
- Using Microsoft Excel and Vlookups
- Calibrate all machines daily to ensure machine colour quality is kept to the optimum
- Reporting issues as per procedure and escalating issues to team leader
- Collate and produce management information in a timely and accurate manner on various work

Skills and Experience needed:
- Proven experience working in a similar position with general office / mailroom and experience of photocopying and/or reprographics
- Knowledge of office software packages MS/Excel is essential
- Ability to use Vlookups on Excel is desirable
- Can work to deadlines and their own initiative
- Can do attitude/positive outlook generally
- Excellent communication skills

Special Working Conditions:
- Able to climb mobile steps to reach a height up to 8ft
- Able to work in confined conditions
- Able to lift weights up to 10kgs
