- Ferns Group are looking for Tarmac and Concrete experienced Gangs to work in and around the Maidenhead to Chilterns area for our long-term Openreach contract.- What you'll be doing;-
- Laying asphalt to the correct specifications
Completing a variety of mason work including replacing flags, kerbs and block paving
Carrying out risk assessments
Working to Safe working standards
Speaking with internal and external customers
Maintaining a positive, professional image of the company.
- What you'll need:- A full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months
NRSWA Streetworks Operative units - essential for at least one gang member
Ability to drive 7.5 ton (with Tacho card)
Competent in the use of mechanical Civils equipment
Risk assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety
- What you'll receive;-
- Competitive day rate
Regular work - this is a long-term contract
Use of company van (if applicable)
PPE and Uniform
Regular Ongoing Training
