Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your role will involve creating engaging training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of the training programs.

**Duties**:

- Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of various departments within the organization
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Conduct training sessions in a variety of formats, such as classroom-style sessions, workshops, and webinars
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback from participants
- Provide guidance and support to employees during the training process
- Monitor employee progress and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

**Skills**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong behavior management skills to effectively handle diverse groups of trainees
- Ability to educate and train individuals at various skill levels
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate trainees throughout the learning process
- Organizational skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
- First aid knowledge or certification is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using presentation software and other IT tools for delivering training content

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- aesthetics beauty: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- licence to carry out aesthetics (preferred)
- GMC (preferred)
