A leading, global insurance company is looking for an experienced Data Modeller to join their growing data function.
This is an exciting time to join a large company going through huge global change. Duties will include:
- Gathering data modelling requirements from stakeholders to support modernisation programmes
- Ensuring users engage with the data model whilst adhering to Data Management Framework policies
- Analysing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models
- Evaluating existing data systems and working with the development team to create conceptual data models, physical data models and data flows
- Developing best practice for data coding to ensure consistency within the system
- Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility
- Updating and optimising local and metadata models
To be considered suitable you will need to have a strong data modelling background and previous experience of implementing data modelling approaches and standards.
