Duties:

- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant departments
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry tasks using computerised systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues

Skills:

- Proficient in computerised systems for data entry tasks
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage office tasks efficiently - Ability to type accurately and quickly
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous, but all training will be provided

Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
