Debt Manager

**An exciting hybrid opportunity for a Debt Manager reporting to the Head of Operations to manage the Debt team managing debt for key suppliers. Excellent benefits package working in prestigious offices bang in the centre of Cardiff.**
**What you need to have is 5 years Management experience, highly proficient in all Microsoft packages and a superb relationship manager.**
**What you will be doing**
" Managing all Supplier relationships with the Head of Operational delivery
" Managing fee billing for department
" Arrange all Supplier relationship meetings
" Manage supplier debt escalations
" Work with debt team on a daily basis to support their needs including delegation of work, external requirements and communication to the necessary department managers.
" Work closely with the Training and Escalations Manager to ensure processes are being followed, support is provided and changes are implemented where required within the debt team
" Manage any high level queries or concerns from clients regarding billing.
" You may be expected to spend on average 1 day a month travelling to various UK locations.
