We have a great opportunity for an IOSH Accredited Facilities Manager to manage 8-12 sites (mixed-use/residential & retail) primarily in the North West but could be called to support to support sites in the North East.

This key role will provide Facilities support across these sites & duties include:

- Service charge administration / reporting / management
- Contract management across hard/soft service delivery
- Providing building & site operational management
- Growing client & tenant engagement & relationships
- Ensuring full site compliance
- Ensuring sites use the helpdesk facilities
- Supplier management
- Conducting H&S & Property Inspections
