Here at The Recruitment Junction, we are working with an event company who are looking for an experienced cellar operative to join their talented team

**What will I be doing?**
- Contribute to consistent achievement of liquor GP% and related targets
- Manage a diverse team
- Have a professional relationship with a range of suppliers, team members and guests
- Consistent achievement of positive feedback from client and colleagues surrounding cellar service
- Have experience in cellar management within a large operation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing EPOS systems
- Experience managing diverse teams

The Recruitment Junction was launched in 2020 as the first and only non-profit recruitment agency in the north east of England, exclusively placing men and women with prior convictions into meaningful paid work.

We offer support into full-time, permanent employment. We are working with a specific client, supporting them with their recruitment needs. You will be employed directly by the client themselves.

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
