Steel Fabricator/welder

We are currently recruiting 2 fabricators due to an ongoing increase in workload.

**The Role**

As an fabricator with Swan Engineering Ltd you will be joining a well established and rapidly growing organization with state of the art manufacturing facilities and a very bright future ahead.

Pay will depend on experience. Ability to work overtime, sometimes at short notice to get the job done is essential. Overtime rate of time and a half applies after 40 hours.

**The person**

When it comes to recruitment we believe it is as much about having the right attitude as it is about having the technical ability. You will have a strong work ethic, be reliable and conscientious.

**Experience and Skills**
- Previous experience in this role is essential, preferably a minimum of 5 years experience.

Experience fabricating stainless steel is critical, site experience advantageous.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to multi task required
- You must also be a logical thinker with excellent attention to detail

Swan Engineering Ltd have been trading since 2010 and within that time have established themselves as a leading manufacturer of processing equipment to factories in several industries, as well as being a general jobbing shop, subcontractor and undertaking many sitework jobs. They have a very well equipped workshop with modern cnc machinery and an excellent team of skilled tradesmen to work along side. Due to an increase in customer base both in the UK and abroad, a £1.5m spend to include a 10,000sf extension alongside a tube laser and various other new equipment will be happening within the next 12 months.
