Renewals Negotiator

**Salary**: £28,000-£30,000 (DOE)

**Location**: Wellington house, Hampton Hill

**Hours**: 8:45am-5:30pm

We are looking for an exceptional Coordinator to contribute to the smooth and safe running of the department and assist the team in effectively executing of negotiating and the administrative aspects of new deals, change of sharer, renewals and tenancy terminations in order to maximise the efficiency of the Tenancy Services department.

**Main duties**:
This would involve but is not limited to the following:

- Monitoring upcoming renewals and initiating contact with Landlords and Tenants.
- Negotiating terms between the parties for replacement Tenants, Renewals and providing relevant advice.
- Build and maintain strong effective working relationships with our lettings team and the department.
- Adhere to department minimum standards relating to time management, workload and file accuracy.
- Answering the phone and relaying messages to the rest of the team.
- Progressing replacement tenancies and Renewals in a timely manner ensuring documentation is produced to a high standard and accuracy and completed within required time frames.
- Maintain and develop relevant compliance legislative Knowledge.
- Chasing outstanding documentation from both Landlords and Tenants to ensure the smooth process of a Renewal.
- Interacting with Landlord, Tenants, and contractors.
