- All-round accounts assistance
- Sales and Purchase ledgers assistance
- Petty cash management
- Having a hand in month end processes
- Working with excel for customer accounts
- Taking bank/web payments
- Checking for fraud on orders
- Balancing cashbooks.
- General administration (post and phone)
- Credit scoring of customers
- Dealing with mailbox queries
- Looking into discrepancies
- Accounts experience not needed
- Self-drive and motivation
- Willingness to learn
- A desire to progress in finance
