**Position**: Project Co-Ordinator

**Probation Period**: 3 Months from start date.

**Notice**: 1 month each way. (Extended by company if required to meet project requirements).

**Salary**: Based on experience

**Hours of work: 20 hours per week over 5 days**

**Holiday entitlement**: The holiday year runs from 1st January to 31st December. You will be entitled to 10 days holiday excluding bank holidays.

**Roles & Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive)**:

- managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments for management
- booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- managing databases and filing systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- maintaining and updating programmes/timelines
- managing site reports from contractors
- RAMS - Method statements and risk assessments
- project procurement, managing the procurement tracker
- project budgeting
- O and M files
- Research & oversee growth projects, i.e., CRM software

**Skills and Background**
- A good pro-active approach with the ability to meet timescales and deadlines
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Pragmatic and good communication skills
- Experience in joinery is preferred (not essential)
- Experience in working in a small but very busy team with constantly changing priorities
- Proven administration skills
- Able to build a rapport and form good working relationships
- Good experience of Microsoft office

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Epping: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
