**Heavy Plant Fitter - Scunthorpe, DN15 8RS**

24-7 Recruitment are looking for an experienced and motivated Heavy Plant Fitter in Scunthorpe (DN15 8RS) to work with heavy plant machinery up to 28 tonnes.
Please note this is inside & outside work primarily based in Scunthorpe, however travel between Immingham and Goole might be required.

**This is a permanent full time role.**

**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Heavy Plant Fitter in Scunthorpe, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties:

- Routine maintenance of heavy plant vehicles and machinery including Forklifts,

Crawler Cranes and Loading Shovels
- Repairs as necessary to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose
- Diagnostics / Fault Finding
- Safety Inspections

**Shift and pay information for Heavy Plant Fitter**:

- 45 hours weekly
- Monday - Friday 10 hours shifts between 06:00-17:00
- Pay rate: £15 - £16 per hour basic dependent on experience plus weekend overtime.
- Basic earnings between £35,100 - £37,440

**About you**:

- Previous experience as Heavy Plant Fitter
- Metal fabrication experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Time Management
- Full UK Driving licence preferred.
