Credit Controller

**Control Controller - Gainsborough - £25,000 - £27,000**

**Credit Controller responsibilities include**:

- Managing a high number of live accounts, including reconciling accounts
- Liaising with sales teams and customers to resolve queries and payment plans
- Raising credit notes and sending out statements
- Continuous improvement, constantly looking at more efficient ways of working and controls
- Setting up new customer accounts including credit checking and agreeing credit term
- Process direct debt payments
- Assist the credit control manager and colleagues with ad-hoc projects and queries
- Previous experience working in a fast paced credit control environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Must be IT literate including in Excel
- Passionate to learn, grow and develop a long term career with a business
- You will be organised, hardworking and have a passion for making a real difference to the business
