The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our People team based in Jarrow, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent. Your role will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruiting strategies that meet their specific needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
