You will become part of a collaborative and experienced network of HR Business Partners, providing a consultative support across the business.
As the HR Business Partner you will align yourself with a specific client group of c.400, working closely with the managers and leaders to understand their business objectives, challenges, opportunities, and risks, and to plan, implement and/or facilitate HRinitiatives and interventions to drive key areas such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, increasing capability and retention.
You will also play a key part in coaching, developing, and supporting line management to develop their people management capability, advising on complex people issues. You may also be involved in company wide projects involving organisation design and restructuring.
