Here at Woodforde’s Brewery we are on the lookout for an exceptional Customer Sales Representative (Telesales Agent) to join our team.

We’ve been brewing great tasting beer with passion & pride for over four decades. You’ll find us at the heart of the Norfolk Broads where we use the best locally grown malt, carefully selected whole hop flowers and water from the ancient aquifer below us to brew our awarding wining beers.

You would be joining a small and friendly team all committed to one thing - producing and selling great tasting beer

**Key responsibilities for the role are**:

- Managing daily call lists, and delivery schedules while responding to inbound customer enquiries
- Working with our Sales Development Managers being responsible for building relationships with our customers, placing orders and offering promotions
- Preparing the daily route boxes, working with the dray team to ensure customers are kept informed on delivery schedules
- Developing a good understanding of our products, being aware of stock levels and new product launches selling into appropriate customers
- Providing support to our Sales Development Managers & National Account Managers, working closely with the Telesales Team Lead & Head of Free Trade
- Working with finance to keep account balances up to date and take payments as necessary
- General office administration

**Must Haves**:

- Be sales driven/focused
- Be a great people person - approachable and confident
- Strong IT skills - Be comfortable working with CRM systems and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to plan and organise daily, weekly and monthly tasks
- Good analytical skills

**Nice to haves**:

- Knowledge of or have worked in the food and beverage industry
- Experience of Sage 200 and Sage 200 CRM
- Experience of working with multiple distribution points and distribution planning
