Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Railway Worker to join our team. The Railway Worker will be responsible for maintaining and repairing railway tracks, assisting in the construction of new tracks, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of railway systems.

**Duties**:

- Inspecting railway tracks for signs of wear or damage
- Repairing or replacing damaged rails, ties, and spikes
- Operating machinery such as track tamping machines and ballast regulators
- Assisting in the construction of new railway tracks
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Communicating effectively with other team members to coordinate work activities

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain railway equipment
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail to identify track defects and ensure proper repairs
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £140.00 per day

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Night shift

Work Location: In person
