Our client is a well-established West Yorkshire-based firm requires a Trainee Litigation to join their team in Leeds City Centre.

They recognise that buying, selling and dealing with property related matters generally is a stressful experience so They aim to provide you with a friendly and efficient service to ensure that any transaction is pushed through as quickly as possible with a minimum of fuss.

**The Role**:

- As a member of the team, you will be working with experienced and professionally recognised Partners to continue to grow and promote the Residential Property offering
- As a trainee in this team, you will get involved in supporting the senior members of the team in a busy and fast paced environment
- You will be responsible for liaising with clients, speaking with opponents, preparing and issuing proceedings, dealing with case management, mediations and much more
- You will work closely with the team and, with direction, assist on cases to enhance your learning and experience

**About You**:

- Litigation experience
- Naturally self-motivated individual with an energy and passion for this area of law and who wants to grow, develop, and be mentored into the established team
- Attentive and have a careful eye for detail
- Excellent client care skills, be a good communicator and possess a natural interest and curiosity in matters of a litigious nature, in particular, contentious probate Court of Protection disputes and/or privacy disputes
- Some experience of drafting documents and negotiating and working to deadlines would be desirable but not essential.
