Sterling Home isn't just a workplace; it's a dynamic and innovative company where creativity thrives. We're seeking a talented Junior Photographer to join our in-house studio team in Tillicoultry. Be part of something exciting, contributing your skills to our e-commerce and marketing ventures in a vibrant and collaborative studio setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching product images for e-commerce and marketing.
- Edit visual content for various platforms, ensuring a standard of quality that sets us apart.
- Embrace and embody our brand standards and guidelines.
- Team up with the Senior Photographer and studio manager to bring visions to life.
- Pack your bags, as you'll be heading to external shoots as required
- Work from a shoot list, organise image file, and produce product cut out imagery.
- Edit cutout imagery and create CGI composition lifestyle images.
- Operate in a dynamic and occasionally loud environment.
- Engage in manual handling, including moving kit and furniture.
- Utilize computer skills for various tasks.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Capture 1.
- Expertise in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Bridge.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Creative mindset and passion for photography.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Technical studio experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong team working skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.

**Experience Required**:

- HND level qualification in photography.
- Previous studio experience preferred but not essential.
- Submission of a studio-based portfolio is required.

- Image Quality
- Percentage of images meeting or exceeding established quality standards.
- Project Efficiency
- Average time spent on post-production per image.
- Adherence to Brand Guidelines-Percentage of images aligning with brand standards.
- On-location Shoot Success -Successful completion of on-location shoots.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Percentage of time studio equipment is properly maintained


**Working Pattern**:
Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 17:30 pm
