We are recruiting Support Workers or Senior Support Workers (if you hold Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care) who are passionate, resilient, kind-hearted, and imaginative. You will work to support young adults with disabilities, and complex health care needs. Working in a 5 bedded home in Clacton you will be part of a great forward thinking team with plenty of opportunities to progress and develop supported by our Registered Manager & Clinical Coordinator.

We have a person-centred support ethos which enables individuals to maximise their potential and increase their independence, choice and community inclusion. our Support Workers play a vital role in making that happen.

We fund all training, so no experience is necessary. The most important qualification is a caring, compassionate and patient nature, and a desire to have a lasting positive impact on the lives of the people we support.

MUST be able to do day shifts and night shifts.

No smoking environment.

No sponsorships.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting various aspects of daily living including personal care
- Planning and supporting social, educational and community activities
- Companionship assisting with emotional, social and spiritual needs
- Supporting those we care for to be as independent as possible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: £10.63 - £11.52 per hour current pay but changes on 1st April £11.65 - £12.50
