As the Breakfast Supervisor, you will be a key player in delivering an exceptional morning dining experience for our guests. Reporting to the Breakfast Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the breakfast service, supervising staff, and upholding the highest standards of service and hygiene. The role also involves contributing to the success of our Afternoon Tea service, adding another layer of importance to your position.

With a strong emphasis on delivering high-end exclusive use events, as well as overseeing the award-winning Bistro, our 30-bedroom Mansion Castle is a stimulating and exciting place to work

Privately owned Carberry Tower Mansion House is one of the most magnificent Castles of Scotland and is a luxury establishment set within its own stunning 40-acre Estate.

Our professional and motivated team always strive for excellence in service standards, and with our ‘culture of honour’ in the household, to work for us as the Breakfast Supervisor is to work within a respectful and yet fun-loving team

We currently operate:
A 36 cover Bistro (open 7 days a week 12pm - 10pm)

30 bedrooms inclusive of 7 suites

Private Dining facilities in various function spaces

Banqueting Pavilion which can cater for up to 150
- **What skills do I need?**_
- Lead the breakfast team to ensure a seamless and efficient dining service.
- Deliver outstanding service to guests during breakfast, enhancing their overall experience.
- Effectively communicate with both guests and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain order by managing inventory and schedules for breakfast service.
- Ensure the dining area's cleanliness, accuracy in orders, and compliance with dietary requirements are essential requirements of the Breakfast Supervisor position.
