**Location: St George's Park Hospital, Morpeth**

Contract: Full time, permanent

Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Your new role:
**About the role**:

- To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor for basic repairs of doors, windows, plumbing systems, etc for general building fabric maintenance
- Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings.
- To maintain accurate records of works in progress and completed
- Participate in rota on-call to cover 24/7, 364 days per year (overtime payment available as relevant)

**About you**:

- City & Guilds or NVQ Qualified tradesperson, and/or extensive experience of property maintenance gained in either the Public or Private sector.
- Basic Joinery skills
- Basic Plumbing skills
- Basic general building maintenance skills
